It's 2012, the UK is about to host the Olympic Games and Queen Elizabeth II has just celebrated her Diamond Jubilee – what a memorable year for Britain! We were unbelievably honored to be invited to place one of our jukeboxes in the athlete’s area of the Olympic Village during the games. After getting swept up in the general feel-good factor that washed through the UK at the time, we decided to adorn an SL15 jukebox with Union Jack branding to inspire our athletes to go for gold. And so was born the Britannia CD Jukebox, a celebration of our British heritage and a year we will always remember.

Using the vintage cabinet of the SL15 jukebox from Gemm Productions, the Juke Britannia really depicts the very Best of British style, class, and imagery.
From the cabinet right down to the matching front door and knuckles, the entire jukebox pays homage to the Union Jack.
Each wooden cabinet is hand-formed in a single piece to ensure the integrity of the cabinet and the resonance of sound. The champagne-dancing bubble tubes are encased in tough polycarbonate, the same material used in police riot shields. Due to their size, the solid aluminum side castings, base, and speaker grill are chrome plated at the Jaguar car manufacturer in England. These are just some of the stunning features that adorn each machine.
To select music, the Jukebox comes with a button bank as well as a remote control, leaving you the choice to make record selections, control volume, shuffle play, or eject records through either of the two. The LED Diamond Pack lighting system, which comes as standard, is also controllable via the handset. You can either adjust the brightness to suit your environment or set your favorite color combination from the 9 preset patterns.
Internally, the CD-playing mechanism holds 80 x CDs. In addition, a Bluetooth receiver is fitted as standard, allowing unlimited music streaming from any compatible device.
